Before You Contact Us

For an order question, include the order number and the email address used at checkout. For a defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days after delivery and include clear photographs when reasonably possible.

Do not send complete payment-card numbers or card security codes by email or through the contact form.

Returns and Exchanges

Contact support@canvasellehome.com before sending a product back. After authorization, we will provide the correct return destination and a prepaid return label that can be downloaded and printed.
