Where do you ship?
We ship free of charge to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Transit after dispatch is estimated at 3-5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4-7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded.
What is the daily cutoff?
The cutoff is 2:00 PM ET on business days. Orders placed after cutoff begin processing the next business day.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact us before shipment. We will try to assist, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins and cannot be made after dispatch.
What is the return period?
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Once authorized, send it back within 14 days using the prepaid label and instructions provided.
Do I need the original packaging?
No. Reasonable opening and inspection are permitted, but the item must be complete and free from misuse, washing, alteration, or excessive wear.
Are return or exchange fees charged?
No restocking fee is charged, and we pay authorized return and exchange shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Banks and payment providers may need another 3-10 business days.
What if my order is damaged or wrong?
Report damage, missing parts, or an incorrect item within 7 days after delivery and include your order number and photographs when possible.
Which payments are accepted?
American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa are accepted when displayed at checkout.
