Shipping policy

Shipping Area

We provide free standard shipping to eligible street addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free. No minimum purchase is required. The checkout page displays the applicable shipping option before payment.

Order Cutoff and Processing

The order cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Time on business days. Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Transit and Total Delivery Time

Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–7 business days, including processing.

If an unexpected delay affects the promised shipping time, Cozy Canvas LLC will contact the customer with the available options, including cancellation and a refund when required.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch when tracking is available. Tracking may take time to display the first carrier scan.

Address Changes Order Changes and Cancellations

Address changes and other order modifications must be requested through customer service and can only be processed before shipment. You may also request cancellation before shipment.

Delivery Problems

Report a damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or missing product within 7 days after delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs when reasonably possible. Cozy Canvas LLC will review the report and provide an appropriate resolution without charge.
