30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back. After a return is authorized, the item must be shipped within 14 days using the instructions and prepaid label we provide.
Return Condition
Items may be reasonably opened and inspected. Original packaging is not required, but products must be returned with all included parts and must not show damage, misuse, excessive wear, washing, alteration, contamination, or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
Return and Exchange Shipping
Cozy Canvas LLC pays authorized return and exchange shipping costs. No restocking fee is charged. Unauthorized or collect-on-delivery packages may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards cannot be returned. We do not sell customized products and do not designate merchandise as final sale. Rights relating to defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied products are not limited by this section.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Report damage, missing parts, or an incorrect item within 7 days after delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs when reasonably possible. We will review the report and provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, refund, or other remedy.
Refunds
After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3-10 business days to post the funds. Original shipping was free. A gift card is not substituted for a cash refund when a refund to the original payment method is required.
Cancellations and Changes
A cancellation, delivery-address change, or order modification may be requested before shipment by contacting customer service. We cannot guarantee a change after processing has begun, and no changes can be made after dispatch.
