Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from CANVASELLE HOME by customers aged 18 or older in the contiguous United States.
Prices and Taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the transaction and delivery address. Free standard shipping applies to eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 states.
Payment
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa when displayed at checkout. Payment authorization may occur before order acceptance.
Order Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation of acceptance or dispatch. We may cancel for payment failure, inventory or pricing error, suspected fraud, shipping restriction, or legal requirement and will refund captured funds when applicable.
Delivery
The cutoff is 2:00 PM ET. Processing takes 1-2 business days and transit is estimated at 3-5 business days, for a total estimated 4-7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded.
Cancellation and Modification
You may request cancellation, address correction, or another order modification before shipment. Approval is not guaranteed after processing begins, and changes cannot be made after dispatch.
Returns and Refunds
Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery and must be sent within 14 days after authorization. Reasonable inspection is allowed; original packaging is not mandatory. No restocking fee applies, and we pay authorized return and exchange shipping. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection; posting may take another 3-10 business days.
Problems with Goods
Report damaged, incomplete, or incorrect goods within 7 days after delivery. This reporting request does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Governing Law
Missouri law and applicable federal law govern these sales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
