Canvaselle Home is operated by Cozy Canvas LLC, 159 Main St, Brumley, MO 65017, United States. These Terms of Sale apply to orders placed through https://canvasellehome.com.

Products and Prices

Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Product descriptions, colors, materials, dimensions, included items, and availability appear on the product page.

Payment Methods

The checkout may offer Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. The methods available for a particular order are displayed before payment.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. Orders remain subject to payment authorization, product availability, fraud review, and a supported delivery address. Acceptance occurs when the order is approved for fulfillment.

Pricing Inventory or Payment Errors

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of a pricing error, inventory error, payment issue, unsupported address, or legal requirement, Cozy Canvas LLC will notify the customer. Any captured payment for the affected order will be returned to the original payment method.

Delivery

Free standard shipping is available to eligible street addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. The business-day cutoff is 2:00 PM ET. Processing takes 1–2 business days, transit is estimated at 3–5 business days, and total estimated delivery is 4–7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Returns Direct Exchanges and Refunds

Authorized returns of defective and non-defective products and direct exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery. After authorization, the product must be shipped back within 14 days. Original packaging is not mandatory. Cozy Canvas LLC provides a prepaid return label, pays authorized return and exchange shipping, and charges no restocking fee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection. Banks or payment providers may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation may be requested before shipment. Address changes and other order changes must be requested through customer service at support@canvasellehome.com and can only be processed before shipment.

Company Responsibility and Consumer Rights

Cozy Canvas LLC is responsible for meeting its obligations under these Terms of Sale, its published policies, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
