Canvaselle Home is an online retail brand operated by Cozy Canvas LLC. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on the website.

Eligibility and Website Use

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into a purchase contract. You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping and customer-service purposes.

Product Information

We provide product titles, descriptions, materials, dimensions, colors, prices, and availability on the relevant product pages. Screen settings and lighting may cause minor color differences. The product page identifies what is included with the purchase.

Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to product availability, payment authorization, fraud review, and a supported delivery address. An order confirmation confirms receipt of the order. Acceptance occurs when the order is approved for fulfillment.

If an order cannot be fulfilled because of an inventory error, pricing error, payment issue, unsupported address, or legal requirement, Cozy Canvas LLC will notify the customer and return any captured payment to the original payment method.

Shipping Returns and Refunds

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, direct exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Canvaselle Home name, website design, written content, product photographs, graphics, and other brand materials are owned by or lawfully used by Cozy Canvas LLC. They may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without written permission.

Consumer Rights and Company Responsibility

Cozy Canvas LLC is responsible for performing its obligations under these Terms, its published policies, and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Missouri and the United States, without reducing mandatory consumer protections that apply to the customer.
